Method

Coarsely grate the apple, then keep a small spoonful aside for topping.

Stir the oats, yogurt, milk, grated apple, cinnamon, and honey together in a bowl or lidded tub for 1 minute.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until the oats are creamy and softened.
