What is free?

What does the subscription include?

A subscription includes unlimited meal plans, meal swaps, saved setup changes, grouped shopping lists, help preparing and checking your supermarket basket where available, and desktop companion access.

Does Shop Sorted buy my groceries?

No. Shop Sorted helps with planning, one grouped list and supermarket basket preparation where available. You check the basket and check out with the supermarket.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe from your Shop Sorted account, including cancellation, renewal, invoices and payment methods. Contact support if you need help with billing or refund questions.

Can basket totals change?

Yes. Supermarket stock, prices, pack sizes, substitutions and search results can change, so any basket total should be checked before buying.

Is Shop Sorted part of a supermarket?

No. Shop Sorted is not part of, endorsed by, or acting for any supermarket unless we say so clearly.
