A subscription includes unlimited meal plans, meal swaps, saved setup changes, grouped shopping lists, supported basket features, and desktop companion access where available.
Does Shop Sorted buy my groceries?
No. Shop Sorted helps with planning, one grouped list and basket creation where available. You review every supermarket basket and buy with the supermarket.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe from your Shop Sorted account, including cancellation, renewal, invoices and payment methods. Contact support if you need help with billing or refund questions.
Can basket totals change?
Yes. Supermarket stock, prices, pack sizes, substitutions and search results can change, so any basket total should be checked before buying.
Is Shop Sorted part of a supermarket?
No. Shop Sorted is not part of, endorsed by, or acting for any supermarket unless we say so clearly.
