Accessibility

Shop Sorted should be usable by busy households on real devices.

We aim to keep important warnings readable, controls keyboard-accessible and page content clear on mobile and desktop. This statement reflects the friends-and-family launch and will be updated as Shop Sorted changes.

Current approach

  • Forms use labels, validation messages and clear button text.
  • Important basket, retailer and allergy warnings are placed in the product flow, not only in legal pages.
  • Cookie choices can be made without accepting optional analytics.
  • Responsive checks cover onboarding, recipe, basket and support flows as part of release review.

How we keep improving

We use accessibility audits, browser journey checks, manual keyboard review and customer feedback to find and fix barriers.

Contact

If you find an accessibility problem during the friends-and-family launch, use support and include the page, device and browser if you can.

Plan the week. Build one list. Review the basket, then check out with your supermarket.

Shop Sorted helps you plan meals, group a shopping list and prepare basket checks. We do not sell groceries, deliver groceries or check out with a supermarket for you. Prices, stock, substitutions, ingredients and retailer terms can change, so always review the retailer basket before buying.
