  • 3 mixed peppers
  • 200g sweetcorn
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 15g fresh coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
