  • 100g rolled oats
  • 160ml milk
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

  1. Step 1

    Prep the ingredients

    Core and coarsely grate the apple, then keep a few thin slices back for the top.

    Mix the sauce

    Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey in a lidded container for 1 minute until evenly combined.

    Build the flavour

    Fold through most of the grated apple, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

    Finish and serve

    Before serving, stir once and loosen with a splash of milk if needed, then top with the reserved apple slices and a little extra cinnamon.
