Method

Halve any large raspberries, dice the peach, and keep a small handful of fruit back for the top.

Blend the yogurt, milk, banana and most of the raspberries and peach for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and spoonable, scraping down the sides once.

Spoon the smoothie into bowls rather than glasses so the texture stays thick.
