Method

Heat the oven to 180C, or 160C fan, and lightly grease a small baking dish.

Hull and quarter the strawberries, slice the banana, and keep a few pieces of fruit back for the top.

Whisk the milk, eggs and honey in a bowl until smooth, then stir in the oats so there are no dry patches.

Fold through most of the strawberries and banana, spoon the mixture into the dish, and scatter the reserved strawberries and banana slices over the top.

Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until puffed, set in the middle and lightly golden at the edges, then rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
