Method

Slice the cucumber into thin sticks and shred the lettuce so the wraps roll neatly.

Drain the tuna and sweetcorn, then flake the tuna into large pieces with a fork.

Stir the tuna and sweetcorn with the mayonnaise so the filling holds together without becoming wet.

Warm the wraps in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side, or microwave them for 20 seconds so they fold without tearing.

Spoon the tuna sweetcorn filling down the centre of each wrap, then add the cucumber and lettuce.
Fold in the sides, roll tightly, then slice in half to serve or pack for lunch.
