  • 120ml milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 120g frozen berries
  • 90g granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

    Prep the ingredients

    Core and coarsely grate the apple, then halve any large berries and keep a small handful back for the top.

    Blend the yogurt, milk, banana and most of the apple and berries for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and spoonable, scraping down the sides once.
