Method

Slice the banana, then mash half of it so it sweetens the oats evenly.

Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey in a lidded container for 1 minute until evenly combined.

Fold through most of the banana and cocoa powder, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

Before serving, stir once and loosen with a splash of milk if needed, then top with the reserved banana slices and a dusting of cocoa.
