  • 750ml vegetable stock
  • 160g ham
  • 80g cheddar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices bread

    Prep the soup base

    Finely chop the onion and cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces. Slice the ham into bite-sized ribbons so it folds through evenly.
