Method

Slice the cucumber into thin batons and shred the lettuce so the wraps roll neatly.

Slice the ham into thin strips and cut the cheddar into small cubes or grate it so it mixes evenly.

Warm the wraps in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side, or microwave them for 20 seconds so they fold without tearing.
