  • 100g rolled oats
  • 200ml milk
  • 120g yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 40g raisins
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

    Prep the ingredients

    Core and coarsely grate the apple, then keep a spoonful aside with a few raisins for topping.

    Mix the sauce

    Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and raisins together in a lidded container for 1 minute until evenly mixed.

    Build the flavour

    Fold through most of the apple, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

    Finish and serve

    Before serving, stir once to loosen the oats, add a splash of milk if needed, then top with the reserved fruit and crunchy topping.
