Slice the banana, stone and chop the apricots if fresh, then chill the fruit for 10 minutes if you want a thicker bowl.

Blend the yogurt with the banana, most of the apricots, and almonds for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and spoonable, scraping down the sides once.
