  • 225g halloumi
  • 1 tin sweetcorn
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lettuce

    Prep the fillings

    Drain the sweetcorn, cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and shred the lettuce. Keep the fillings close to hand.

    Cook the halloumi in a dry non-stick frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden, then slice into strips.
