Method

Core and finely dice the pear, then keep a spoonful aside for topping.

Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and ginger together in a lidded container for 1 minute until evenly mixed.

Fold through most of the pear, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

Before serving, stir once to loosen the oats, add a splash of milk if needed, then top with the reserved fruit and crunchy topping.
