Ingredients
mixing bowl allowing 500ml capacity per serving, knife, fine grater, spoon, one covered 500ml container per serving
Method

Core and finely dice pear. Peel and finely grate the fresh ginger, then measure the listed amount using a level 5ml teaspoon.

Stir all measured ginger into yoghurt and divide half the mixture between one pot per serving.

Layer in half the pear, then add the remaining yogurt and fruit so every portion has fruit through the middle.

Add all granola and chia seeds just before eating, or keep those toppings separate until serving.
