Method

Slice the bananas, then chill them for 10 minutes if you want a thicker bowl.

Blend the yogurt with most of the banana, the milk, and peanut butter for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and spoonable, scraping down the sides once.

Spoon the smoothie into bowls rather than glasses so it keeps a thick texture.
