Method

Slice the chicken into thin strips and toss with 2 tbsp piri piri sauce.

Cook the chicken in a hot non-stick frying pan for 6 to 8 minutes, turning until piping hot and lightly charred at the edges.

Slice the cucumber into batons, shred the lettuce, and cut the lemon into wedges.

Warm the wraps for 30 seconds on each side in a dry pan, or microwave them for 20 seconds so they fold without tearing.

Spread hummus down the middle of each wrap, then add chicken, cucumber, lettuce, a squeeze of lemon, and the remaining piri piri sauce.
Roll tightly, slice in half, and pack or serve straight away.
