Method

Heat the oven to 180C and lightly grease a small baking dish.

Rinse the raspberries, halve any very large berries, then keep a spoonful aside for topping.

Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla yogurt, and honey in a bowl for 1 minute until smooth, then stir in the oats until no dry patches remain.

Fold through most of the raspberries, spoon the mixture into the baking dish, and scatter the reserved topping over the surface.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the centre is just set and the edges are lightly golden, then rest for 5 minutes before serving.
