Method

Rinse the raspberries, halve any very large berries, then keep a spoonful aside for topping.

Put the oats and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat, then stir for 1 minute to combine.

Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often, until the oats are creamy and just thick enough to hold their shape.

Stir through most of the raspberries for the final 1 minute so the fruit warms without collapsing.

Spoon into bowls, loosen with a splash of milk if needed, then finish with the reserved topping and honey.
