Method

Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Halve the potatoes, cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the stalk, slice the onions into wedges, and break the turkey mince into rough 3cm pieces.

Toss the potatoes, red onion, broccoli, smoked paprika, olive oil, and a pinch of salt on a large roasting tray, spreading everything into an even layer.

Roast for 18 minutes, turning once, until the potatoes are starting to colour and the broccoli edges are lightly charred.

Nestle the turkey mince pieces into the tray and roast for 12 to 15 minutes until the turkey is cooked through with no pink showing and the potatoes are golden.

Squeeze over the lemon, scatter with chopped flat leaf parsley, and rest for 3 minutes so the pan juices settle.

Divide between plates with the smoky pan juices spooned over the top and the crisp potato edges shared out.
