Method

Halve, stone, peel, and slice the avocados, shred the lettuce, finely slice the red onion, and lay the wraps on a clean board.

Drain the tuna well, tip it into a bowl, and flake it with a fork for 2 minutes so it is ready for the lunch filling.

Squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl, stir in the dried oregano, olive oil, 1 tbsp water, and a pinch of salt until spoonable.

Spoon the lemon dressing over the wraps, then divide over the tuna, avocado, lettuce, and red onion.

Fold in the sides, roll each wrap firmly for 2 minutes, then cut in half and pack seam-side down.
