Method

Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks, shred the lettuce, finely slice the red onion, and lay the wraps on a clean board.

Drain the tuna tins well, then spend 2 minutes flaking the tuna into a mixing bowl with a fork so it is ready for the lunch filling.

Stir the lime juice, ground coriander, olive oil, 1 tbsp water, and a pinch of salt into the tuna until lightly dressed.

Divide the dressed tuna over the wraps, then top with the carrot matchsticks, lettuce, and red onion.

Fold in the sides and spend 2 minutes rolling the wraps firmly, then cut in half and pack seam-side down so the filling stays tucked in.
