  • 8 wholemeal tortilla wraps
  • 250g red pepper
  • 2 little gem lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

    Thinly slice the red pepper, shred the lettuce, finely slice the red onion, and lay the wraps on a clean board.
