Method

Thinly slice the red pepper, shred the lettuce, finely slice the red onion, and lay the wraps on a clean board.

Drain the tuna well, tip it into a bowl, and flake it with a fork for 2 minutes so it is ready for the lunch filling.

Stir the lemon with dried oregano, 1 tbsp water, and a pinch of salt until spoonable.

Spread the dressing over the wraps, then divide over the tuna, red pepper, lettuce, and red onion.

Fold in the sides, roll each wrap firmly for 2 minutes, then cut in half and pack seam-side down.
