  • 2 pear
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ginger

    Heat the oven

    Heat the oven to 180C and line a small baking dish with baking paper.

    Core and dice the pears, then keep a spoonful aside for topping.

    Whisk the eggs, milk, and ginger in a bowl for 1 minute, then stir in the oats until no dry patches remain. Add a small pinch of salt to bring out the sweetness.
