  • 200g frozen peas
  • 6 spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 20g ginger
  • 2 lime
  • 20g coriander
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Add the pork mince and cook for 7-8 minutes, breaking it up, until browned with crisp edges and no pink remaining.
