- 600g chicken breast fillets
- 4 flatbreads
- 300g Greek yoghurt
- 1 cucumber
- 2 little gem lettuce
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp mild curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

large non-stick frying pan, mixing bowls, box grater, knife, chopping board, tea towel
