  • 300g basmati rice
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30g fresh ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 30g fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
