  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30g fresh ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
