  • 2 red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 25g fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
