Method

Heat the oven to 200C and set out a medium baking dish.

Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water for 6 minutes, then add small broccoli florets and sliced stems for 3 to 4 minutes until the pasta is just tender.

Drain the pasta and broccoli, keeping a mug of pasta water nearby, then roughly chop any large spinach leaves and grate the cheddar if needed.

Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, crush the garlic, and fry both in a wide non-stick pan over a medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes until the chicken is golden and piping hot.

Stir in the passata and cream cheese, then simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese melts into a creamy tomato sauce.

Fold in the pasta, broccoli, and spinach, loosening with a splash of pasta water if needed, then spoon everything into the baking dish.
