Method

Slice the banana, rinse the blueberries, zest the lemon, then chill the fruit for 10 minutes if you want a thicker bowl.

Blend the yogurt with the banana, most of the blueberries, and lemon zest for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and spoonable, scraping down the sides once.

Spoon the smoothie into bowls rather than glasses so it keeps a thick texture.
