  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 300g rice
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 650ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tin cannellini beans
  • 100g spinach
  • 80g cheddar

    Dice the onion, crush the garlic, drain and rinse the cannellini beans, and roughly chop any large spinach leaves.
