  • 100g rolled oats
  • 200ml milk
  • 120g yogurt
  • 120g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

    Prep the ingredients

    Hull and slice the strawberries, slice the banana, and keep a small handful of fruit aside for topping.

    Mix the sauce

    Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds together in a bowl or lidded container for 1 minute until evenly mixed.

    Build the flavour

    Fold most of the strawberries and banana through the oat mixture, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

    Finish and serve

    Before serving, stir once to loosen the oats, add a splash of milk if needed, then top with the reserved fruit.
