This update adds 10 recipes for busy UK households, from quick starts to dependable evening meals. There are two breakfasts, two lunches and six dinners, with plenty of lemon, herbs, rice, beans and gentle spice to keep the week varied without making it complicated.
Breakfasts
Breakfast has one soft, spoonable bowl and one crisp, savoury option. Creamy Raspberry Coconut Quinoa Porridge with Chia brings raspberries, banana and coconut milk into a warmer start, while Golden Mushroom Spinach Breakfast Quesadillas with Cheddar are there for mornings that need eggs, mushrooms and a proper toasted edge.
Lunches
